OUR MISSION


- We will adopt a balanced diet and exercise for 2 times  per week.





STRENGTH

WEAKNESS

We already normalized exercising at least 2  times a week.

Not used to eat breakfast and often ate something after midnight.

For healthy diet, we didn't give up our favourite food since most of our favourite are healthy.

We do not like to eat vegetables everyday.

 



GOAL FOR WEAKNESS






- We will try to turn our weakness to strength.
- Try to balance out our meals a day and track out food consume.
